About the Opportunity:
We're partnering with a fast-growing AI company building innovative consumer-facing technology products for a global audience. Backed by an experienced leadership team, the company is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking for an entrepreneurial Growth Lead to help scale user adoption, engagement, and market presence.
This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for experimenting, learning quickly, and building growth engines from the ground up.
The Role:
As Growth Lead, you will take ownership of user growth and go-to-market initiatives across key international markets. You'll identify growth opportunities, design and execute acquisition strategies, foster community engagement, and help shape how the product reaches and resonates with users globally.
This role is suited for someone who enjoys operating in fast-paced, early-stage environments and is excited by the challenge of scaling a product from its early growth phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention
- Design, test, and optimise growth experiments across multiple channels
- Build and nurture communities, creator ecosystems, and advocacy programs
- Conduct market research and identify expansion opportunities across international markets
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to shape growth priorities
- Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives
- Help establish scalable frameworks and processes to support long-term growth
Ideal Background:
- Experience driving growth, marketing, or user acquisition initiatives within a consumer technology environment
- Demonstrated track record of building or scaling user growth from an early stage
- Familiarity with digital communities, creator ecosystems, content-driven growth, or performance marketing
- Experience working across multiple markets and cultures is highly advantageous
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a bias toward execution
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into measurable outcomes
- Passion for emerging technologies and consumer products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within AI, technology, internet, creator economy, or consumer software businesses
- Exposure to growth experimentation, community building, SEO/content strategies, or lifecycle marketing
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
