Acquisitions & AM Analyst
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Acquisitions Underwriting - Build financial models, evaluate industrial value‑add and infill development opportunities, analyze market data, and support investment committee materials.
Asset Management - Track property performance, monitor leasing, oversee business plan execution, and collaborate with property managers, brokers, and construction teams.
Dispositions Support - Assist in preparing assets for sale, coordinate broker materials, analyze offers, and support closing workflows.
Capital Raising - Contribute to investor presentations, update fundraising materials, support due diligence requests, and help maintain LP relationships.
Development & Value‑Add Execution - Participate in feasibility analysis, budgeting, entitlement tracking, and project oversight for infill industrial developments.
Portfolio Strategy - Support portfolio‑level analytics, reporting, and forecasting to guide firm‑wide decision‑making.
Generalist Responsibilities - Step into any gap across the investment or asset management workflow; the role is intentionally broad and hands‑on.
