机器学习平台开发工程师-量化
【岗位职责】
- 参与公司投研计算平台（Kubernetes 为主，未来可能 K8s + Slurm）的后端系统设计与研发，包括任务提交与运行、资源管控、权限体系、API/控制面等模块的开发、调试与测试。
- 负责平台稳定性与性能建设：围绕任务运行链路、调度与资源使用、日志/指标/追踪等进行监控、分析与持续优化，必要时推动架构演进与重构。
- 建设并维护训练/回测等任务的运行支撑能力：适配不同运行框架/执行形态（如 Python 任务、分布式训练、GPU 作业等），保障任务在不同环境下稳定、高效运行；沉淀任务模板与最佳实践。
【任职要求】
- 双一流本科及以上学历，计算机科学、数学、统计学等相关专业，3 年以上机器学习平台开发或相关经验。
- 精通Python、Java 等编程语言，熟悉常用的机器学习框架，如 TensorFlow、PyTorch，具备扎实的编程基础和算法理解能力。
- 深入理解分布式系统、云计算技术，熟悉容器化技术（如Docker、Kubernetes），有相关实践经验。
- 熟悉数据库系统，包括关系型数据库（如MySQL）和非关系型数据库（如 MongoDB），能够进行数据存储和管理。
- 具备良好的问题解决能力和团队协作精神，能够在跨部门合作中有效沟通，推动项目进展。
- 有大规模机器学习平台开发经验、熟悉机器学习模型全生命周期管理的优先考虑。
