VP, Treasury COO
Ideal candidates will have 3-8 years of experience in treasury in either the 1st or 2nd line across Liquidity, IRR, or Capital and have experience handling regulatory initiatives for financial institutions, especially as it relates to Treasury.
Responsibilities:
- Support the management and advancement of critical Treasury projects by coordinating closely with Liquidity Management, ALM/IRRBB, Financial Resource Management as well as working with 2nd line and Audit partners
- Ensure stakeholder alignment on project goals and timelines while proactively identifying, escalating, and managing risks, issues, and dependencies
- Monitor and analyze the impact of new regulations and policy trends impacting Treasury, including liquidity, capital, IRRBB, supervisory frameworks, and funding market trends
- Deliver clear presentations on Treasury initiatives to business partners and senior management.
- Support the Americas Regional Treasurer in strategic decisions and communications.
Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of experience in treasury in either the 1st or 2nd line across Liquidity, IRR, or Capital
- Experience handling regulatory initiatives for financial institutions, especially as it relates to Treasury
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, concise messages for a range of audiences.
- High proficiency with advanced Microsoft PowerPoint.
