Vice President, System Development Team
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and support business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and validate technical feasibility.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation of test scenarios, plans, and cases, and conduct pre-UAT quality checks.
- Assist in executing and monitoring the Project Management Plan.
- Handle routine planning tasks such as document updates and responding to inquiries from head office and related departments.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in banking systems or application development, with knowledge of banking products, SWIFT, or Fast Payment Systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, Restful API) and MSSQL.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as SDLC, Agile, or Hybrid, including requirements collection, data analysis, design, documentation, and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps Server (TFS), DevExpress, and/or ServiceNow is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively while working independently with stakeholders and business users.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
