With a presence in five countries and a team of 50 professionals, the firm is known for its thematic, long-term approach to investing. Its strategies span:
- Value-Add Infrastructure - Middle-market investments targeting capital appreciation
- Core Infrastructure - Long-term, resilient assets with stable cash flows

Role Responsibilities
This is a senior, externally facing role with global scope. Responsibilities include:
- Leading fundraising efforts across all infrastructure strategies and fund offerings.
- Developing and executing capital raising strategies across geographies and investor types.
- Managing relationships with institutional investors including pensions, insurers, endowments, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds.
- Representing the firm's investment philosophy and track record to prospective investors.
- Collaborating with internal teams to tailor messaging and marketing materials.
- Managing the full fundraising lifecycle from pipeline development to close.
- Attending global investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in capital raising, investor relations, or institutional sales within private markets (ideally infrastructure).
- Strong network of institutional investors across Europe, North America, or Asia.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure as an asset class and the ability to communicate complex strategies effectively.
- Demonstrated success in raising capital and managing investor relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
