A leading global investment firm is seeking a Transitions Management Professional to join its growing team in Singapore. This role sits within the organisation's central transitions function and is responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end activities related to changes across funds and investment mandates.
Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of funds and mandates, ensuring smooth planning, coordination, and execution.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and cost‑effective outcomes for asset transitions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for transition‑related activities, including triaging requests, planning workflows, monitoring progress, and resolving issues.
- Maintain and enhance internal processes, checklists.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to ongoing improvements in workflow and controls.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in asset management or investment management.
- Background in transitions, investment operations, middle office, client onboarding, or implementation roles.
- Strong understanding of multi‑asset classes, particularly equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
