Trading Systems Engineer (Junior Level)

We are a rapidly growing quantitative trading firm driven by cutting-edge machine learning technologies and data-driven research. Our team combines deep expertise in quantitative strategies, software engineering, and high-performance computing to systematically explore global markets. As we continue to scale our trading operations, we're looking for a highly motivated and technically strong junior trading systems engineer to support our long-term business growth.

Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, maintain, refactor, and optimize our high-frequency trading systems.
* Continuously reduce system latency, enhance reliability, and improve observability across trading infrastructure.
* Work closely with quantitative researchers and strategy teams to implement new modules and support new trading strategies.
* Take ownership of daily operational support for live trading systems and ensure system stability.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 1-5 years of experience in developing core components of large-scale trading systems.
* Proficient in modern C++ (C++17), with strong knowledge of low-latency programming techniques such as template metaprogramming, lock-free data structures, and memory pool optimization.
* Solid experience working in a Linux environment.
* Strong system design and architectural skills.
* Proficient in Python, with solid data analysis and scripting capabilities.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills; a strong team player.
* Self-motivated and passionate about technology; able to independently tackle complex technical challenges.
