東南アジア市場の成長を背景に、現場に入り込む「ハンズオン型」の経営支援を強みとするファームにて、マネージャーまたはマネージャー候補を募集。戦略立案から実行支援、M&Aやアライアンスの推進、自己勘定投資、ガバナンス体制構築まで、成長フェーズに応じた支援をクロスボーダーに担っていただきます。
求める経験・スキル：
- 戦略系コンサルティングファームでの実務経験、または新規事業開発、経営企画、M&A、投資関連業務の経験
- 英語・日本語ともにビジネスレベル（社内外との円滑なコミュニケーションのため）
- 多様な文化・価値観を尊重し、チームで成果を出す力
- 実行力、柔軟性、マルチタスク能力
求める人材像：
- 戦略ファームご出身の方で、戦略を描くだけでなく、現場で実行し成果を出したい方。
- 海外で新しいチャレンジ（Go to Market、スタートアップ、クロスボーダーM＆A、進出支援等）を行いたい方。
