Seeking an experienced senior fund accountant to manage financial reporting and oversight for real estate investment funds. This role involves reviewing fund administrator work, ensuring compliance with legal agreements, supporting audits and tax reporting, and handling cash flow forecasting.
Senior Fund Accountant Responsibilities:
- Oversee fund accounting and capital activity
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Manage valuations and expense tracking
- Support audits, tax filings, and strategic forecasting
Senior Fund Accountant Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (CPA and Master's preferred)
- 3+ years in real estate fund accounting
- Proficient in Excel and Yardi
