Role Requirements:
- Experience within general insurance pricing, ideally within a personal lines' environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a naturally inquisitive mindset.
- Experience using analytical tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar technologies.
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insight.
- Comfortable operating in an environment that encourages experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a range of stakeholders
