A rapidly growing U.S.-based financial technology platform in the alternative investment space is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing, fully remote sales team. This role is ideal for a licensed sales leader who thrives at the intersection of people management, revenue growth, and regulatory oversight, and who is passionate about helping investors access opportunities in smaller and growing American companies.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will manage a team of 8-10 registered representatives responsible for guiding investors through private market and alternative investment opportunities. You will hold supervisory responsibility under FINRA guidelines, ensuring compliance while driving performance, accountability, and professional development across the team.
This is a hands-on leadership role with meaningful impact-both on revenue outcomes and on the broader mission of expanding access to capital beyond traditional public markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of licensed sales professionals in a consultative sales environment
- Act as the designated Series 24 supervisor, ensuring adherence to FINRA and internal compliance standards
- Drive team performance through coaching, pipeline management, and data-driven sales strategy
- Partner with senior leadership to refine sales processes and improve conversion and investor engagement
- Support complex investor conversations, including high-net-worth and accredited investors
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and long-term relationship building
- Help facilitate capital formation for early-stage and growth-oriented U.S. companies
Qualifications
- Active Series 24 license (required)
- Prior experience managing registered or licensed sales teams
- Background in financial services, alternative investments, fintech, or private markets strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of compliance, investor suitability, and regulated sales environments
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and retain top-performing sales talent
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong emotional intelligence and leadership presence
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first organization
