Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales & Relationship Manager Support professional to assist in driving client engagement and supporting revenue growth for our fund services platform. This role will work closely with Sales and Relationship Managers, providing operational, administrative, and client-facing support to enhance the client experience and ensure efficient execution of business development activities.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Assist Sales Managers in preparing client pitches, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development initiatives
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation and follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders

Relationship Management Support

  • Support Relationship Managers in managing existing client accounts across fund services (e.g., fund administration, custody, transfer agency)
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely coordination with internal teams
  • Assist in organizing client meetings, reviews, and periodic service updates
  • Monitor client service delivery and help resolve operational issues escalated by clients
  • Maintain accurate client records, including agreements, service levels, and communication logs

Operational & Coordination

  • Liaise with internal teams (operations, legal, compliance, onboarding, product) to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support client onboarding processes including KYC/AML documentation coordination
  • Track and follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely closure
  • Assist in preparation of management reports, KPIs, and business updates

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and client experience
  • Contribute to automation or standardisation initiatives across sales and relationship support processes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in fund services, asset management, banking, or financial services
  • Prior experience supporting sales, relationship management, or client servicing teams is preferred
  • Familiarity with fund services (e.g., NAV, fund accounting, custody, TA) is an advantage

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Client-focused mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
