What You'll Do
In our fast-moving environment, you'll collaborate closely with engineers and senior leaders to deliver high‑impact projects that advance the firm's strategic growth.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will:
- Oversee and orchestrate large-scale technology initiatives spanning trading expansion and core trading platform domains-including instruments, trades, positions, and control systems.
- Manage end‑to‑end execution across multiple engineering and trading teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Partner with trading, research, and engineering leadership to ensure technical roadmaps align with trading objectives.
- Leverage data-driven insights to guide prioritization, sequencing, and program decisions.
- Maintain strong delivery discipline while operating in a fast-paced, high-performance trading environment.
- Promote continuous improvement across trading systems and software development practices.
Who You Are
- You're highly self-directed-comfortable operating with minimal oversight, taking full ownership, and maintaining momentum even when priorities evolve or direction is still forming.
- You hold a degree in computer science, engineering, or another STEM discipline.
- You bring 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical program management within a high-performance technology environment.
- You thrive working closely with trading and quantitative research teams.
- You have a strong technical foundation in distributed systems and core platform engineering.
- You have an AI-first mindset, with experience using generative or agentic AI to automate workflows, enhance visibility, and boost productivity.
- You're motivated by impact and excited by the intersection of trading, technology, and strategy.
- Experience with AI/ML workflows or data-driven trading programs is a plus.
