We are a high-growth advisory firm seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead finance transformation initiatives for our clients. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep finance expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for solving complex business challenges.

As a Director, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding financial strategy and overseeing the execution of high-impact projects. You'll lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and help shape the future of finance functions across a diverse portfolio of organizations.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Partner with client executives to define and execute financial strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and value creation.

Data & Analytics

  • Design data collection frameworks and conduct stakeholder interviews.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to develop actionable insights.
  • Build and present financial models and strategic recommendations.

Process Improvement

  • Lead transformation initiatives across key finance areas: FP&A, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Treasury.
  • Implement scalable, efficient processes and operating models.
  • Support M&A integration, shared services, and outsourcing strategies.

Team Management

  • Oversee project teams, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a high-performance culture.

Thought Leadership & Business Development

  • Contribute to internal methodologies and intellectual capital.
  • Support proposal development and client acquisition efforts.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting or industry, with a focus on finance transformation, M&A, and process improvement.
  • Proven ability to lead complex engagements and deliver results.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Preferred:

  • MBA or advanced professional qualification.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, benchmarking, and operational analysis.
  • Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Adaptive, and advanced Excel.
  • Experience with private equity-backed companies and post-merger integration.
