The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Managing Director to lead origination and execution efforts across a broad range of industries. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a practice within a flat, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead M&A and capital raise transactions (primarily sell-side)
- Build and manage relationships with founders, family offices, and private equity firms
- Drive cross-border deal execution and strategic advisory
- Mentor junior bankers and contribute to a culture of excellence
- Collaborate with senior leadership to expand the firm's presence in key verticals
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of investment banking experience with a strong M&A track record
- Sector expertise in Healthcare Services/Tech, Technology, or Industrials/Infrastructure preferred
- Demonstrated ability to originate and close deals
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to build a practice
- Smart, polished, driven, and collaborative
- Strong modeling and valuation skills; experience building models from scratch
