The team is seeking a seasoned M&A professional to lead their sell-side advisory efforts and play a key role in driving growth for clients and the firm.
The M&A Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading and overseeing sell-side M&A transactions from initial engagement through closing.
- Conducting detailed financial analysis and valuation modeling for acquisitions and divestitures.
- Designing and manage due diligence processes covering financial, operational, and legal aspects.
- Cultivating and maintain relationships with mid-market buyers and sellers.
- Negotiating and structure deals that align with strategic objectives and maximize value.
- Coordinating closely with internal teams and external advisors to ensure seamless execution.
- Providing insights on market dynamics, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
- Delivering compelling reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Supporting business development by identifying and engaging private equity and strategic partners.
The M&A Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex M&A transactions.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal analysis.
- Effective negotiation skills and deal execution experience.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
