Position Overview:
Our client, a well respected insurance carrier is looking to bring on an experienced Loss Control Manager to the team. This role will be responsible for carrying out on-site risk assessments, consistent client communication, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction and the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with policyholders and leadership teams to develop risk management strategies, strengthen safety cultures, and implement loss prevention initiatives that reduce claim frequency and severity.
- Evaluate operations, exposures, and safety programs to identify key risks and deliver tailored recommendations that improve overall risk performance.
- Analyze loss trends, claim activity, and operational data to provide underwriting teams with insights that support pricing, account selection, and account retention decisions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by conducting risk assessments, identifying hazards, and delivering actionable guidance on safety best practices and exposure management.
- Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders to support profitable growth, enhance customer retention, and drive new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years within the insurance industry.
- Strong analytic and communication skills.
