タイ・バンコクの外資系プロフェッショナルファームにて、
日本企業向けアドバイザリーサービスを行っていただく
ジャパンデスクのマネージャー職 を募集しています。
本ポジションは、日系クライアントとの最前線に立ちながら、
サービス創出・関係構築・市場開拓を担っていただく重要な役割となります。
【主な業務内容】
・タイおよび周辺国の市場動向を踏まえた 日本企業向けコンサルティング機会の創出
・既存顧客との関係深化、新規顧客へのアプローチ
・クライアントの課題を適切に把握し、期待を超える提案の実行
・各専門チーム（税務・会計・監査・DD・コンサル）との協働と、プロジェクト推進の橋渡し
・経営層（C-suite）とのミーティング参加および議論のファシリテーション
・タイの法規制・ビジネストレンドに関する セミナー登壇や記事執筆
・クライアント期待値を精確に把握し、社内専門家へ確実に連携する役割
【求める人物像】
・事業会社での経理、財務、税務等の経験のある方、
または監査・税務・コンサルなどの経験のある方（目安：3年程度以上）
・在海外の日系企業の課題解決に強い意欲を持つ方
・新しい挑戦を前向きに捉え、継続して成長できる方
・他者を尊重し、プロフェッショナリズムを持って協働できる方
・高い知的好奇心と学習意欲を有する方
・社内外ステークホルダーと円滑にコミュニケーションを取れる方
・論理的思考力（問題分析、戦略理解、利害調整）を備えた方
・会議をリードするファシリテーション能力
・仮説思考で曖昧さに向き合い前進できる方
・基本的な英語力（メール・資料読解・会議参加レベル）
