IR & Capital Raising Associate
Selby Jennings has partnered with an alternative asset manager in seeking an IR & Capital Raising Associate to join them in their HK office. The firm provides tactical capital solutions to digital infrastructure to meet the scaling needs of transformative technologies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with investors in Hong Kong and Singapore.
- Effectively manage investor pipeline and due diligence processes, and act as a bridge between the investment team and investors.
- Maintain investor relationships through providing timely updates, insights, as well as ongoing engagement with the goal of enhancing trust and connectivity.
- Collaborate with relevant teams (e.g. investment, ops, legal and compliance, etc.) for the preparation and management marketing materials.
- Support the organization of roadshows and investor meetings.
- Refine fund positioning and fundraising efforts through tracking and analyzing market trends, investor preferences, etc.
Requirements
- Must bring relevant fundraising, IR, or product specialist experience.
- Backgrounds in PE/credit funds, placement agents, private wealth management, MFOs, or investment banks.
- Fluent English skills, and the ability to create clear, compelling investor content are a must. Additional Asian language proficiency considered a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
