Investor Relations & Operations Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of fundraising and investor relations, including marketing materials development, roadshow preparation, and investor diligence.
- Prepare high-quality marketing materials such as pitch decks, investment memorandums, and case studies.
- Respond to investor due diligence requests and manage ad hoc investor inquiries.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database to track investor interactions and engagement.
- Conduct research and analysis to support fundraising and investor communication efforts.
- Support the planning and execution of investor events and meetings.
- On occasion, may be invited to attend certain meetings with prospective and/or existing investors, but the role will be more focused on internal coordination, analysis, and reporting, with limited travel expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in: Management consulting, investment banking, accounting, or a similar field requiring strong problem-solving and business writing skills.

- Strong problem solving, analytical, and business writing skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, comfort with organizing and interpreting financial data.
- Highly detail-oriented, well organized, and analytical.
- Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks, and work independently with a strong work ethic.
- High level of personal and professional integrity.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM platforms such as DealCloud.
- Interest in private markets and the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
