Investor Relations Coordinator
A lower middle market private equity firm specializing in industrials and manufacturing is seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator to support its investor relations and fundraising team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering a high-quality experience to investors. The Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, organization, and execution across all investor-facing activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of response for investor inquiries, including RFPs, DDQs, and general information requests
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and scheduling across internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and update CRM systems and investor contact databases
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, and reports
- Support cross-functional collaboration between investor relations, investment, and operations teams
- Manage logistics for fundraising activities and investor events
- Ensure timely and accurate follow-up with investors and prospective LPs
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an investor relations coordinator or executive assistant role, preferably within private equity or financial services
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM platforms and data room management
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
