Investor Relations Analyst - Private Markets

Our client is a leading private credit investment manager with over €25 billion in assets under management. The firm partners with institutional investors globally to deliver innovative credit solutions across multiple strategies. They are seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations Analyst to join their dynamic team in London.

As an Investor Relations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting fundraising and client relationship management activities. This position offers exposure to senior stakeholders, institutional investors, and a broad range of private credit strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, investor presentations, and RFPs.
  • Support fundraising processes across multiple strategies and geographies.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and investor databases.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (investment, legal, compliance) to ensure timely delivery of investor requests.
  • Prepare investor reporting and respond to ad-hoc client queries.

Requirements

  • Experience: Maximum of 2 years in a relevant role (excluding internships).
  • Background:
    • Must currently be working at an asset manager (private markets or credit preferred).
    • Candidates from investment banking backgrounds will also be considered.
    • Consulting, fintech, and wealth management backgrounds will not be considered.
  • Essential: Experience working with institutional clients or corporates.
  • Strong academic background with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
