Investment Banking M&A VP/ Director
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, and other key stakeholders. This includes regular client meetings, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored investment banking solutions.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPOs), debt and equity financings. Generate deal flow through networking, market research, and proactive outreach.
