About the Firm:
A leading global investment bank is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate to join its dynamic team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a confidential search for a firm known for its entrepreneurial culture, strong deal flow, and deep sector expertise.
The Successful Candidate will:
- Support senior bankers in the execution of M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory transactions.
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and industry research
- Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials
- Participate in due diligence and deal structuring processes
- Interface with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance. Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation are essential
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
