Our client, an elite boutique investment bank based in New York, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate to join their Healthcare Services team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside top-tier professionals on high-impact transactions in one of the most dynamic sectors of the market.
The Associate will play a key role in executing M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements for a diverse range of healthcare services clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a deep interest in the healthcare space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution workstreams across M&A and capital markets transactions within the healthcare services vertical.
- Build and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses.
- Prepare client-ready presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
- Conduct in-depth industry and company research to support deal execution and business development.
- Mentor and manage Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth.
- Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to deliver strategic insights and solutions.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of investment banking or relevant financial services experience.
- Strong preference for candidates who have been promoted from Analyst to Associate at a top-tier investment bank.
- Demonstrated interest in and understanding of the healthcare services sector.
- Outstanding financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Bachelor's degree from a top academic institution; MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required.
