Investment Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite investment opportunities using collateral-specific credit analysis.
- Evaluate and manipulate loan tapes for credit assessment.
- Analyze financial statements and fixed-income transaction structures.
- Work with large, diverse data-sets to support investment decisions.
- Prepare detailed investment memos.
- Support deal execution across various stages.
- Monitor portfolio companies and generate performance reviews.
- Assist in sourcing new deals and organizing initial meetings.
- Contribute to marketing content to support brand development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2-4 years of experience in private credit, investment banking, DCM/leveraged finance, structured finance, or restructuring.
- Strong understanding of credit underwriting and accounting principles.
- Advanced Excel skills; Alteryx experience is a plus.
