Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop forward-thinking audit strategies with a focus on IT systems and digital transformation.
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of complex audit assignments.
  • Document audit findings and prepare clear, structured reports.
  • Present results convincingly to relevant departments and stakeholders.
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Ensure sustainable and effective execution of agreed measures.

Your Profile:

  • Hold a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable field with a focus on IT, or completed vocational training as an IT specialist with relevant experience.
  • Have experience in internal auditing, ideally within the insurance or financial sector.
  • Be familiar with auditing standards, regulatory frameworks, and supervisory requirements.
  • Have experience with tools such as SAS, IDEA, and SQL is a bonus
  • Work with a structured and analytical mindset.
  • Enjoy teamwork in interdisciplinary settings.
  • Be proficient in written and spoken German (C1+) and English (B1+).

Position: IT Auditor - Insurance (all genders)

Location: Hannover (hybrid: 1 day/week onsite)

Estimated Salary: 70.000-85.000€* total (13 months)

Hours: 40/week

Languages: fluent German (C1+) & English (B1+)
