Your Responsibilities
- Provide legal support for day-to-day operations in real estate investment, asset management, project development, and property management.
- Advise on real estate transactions (asset and share deals), including due diligence and contract drafting/negotiation.
- Structure project companies within the group and with external partners.
- Draft and review contracts in construction and real estate law.
- Handle legal disputes and liaise with external law firms, notaries, and tax advisors.
Your Profile
- Fully qualified lawyer (Second State Examination) with several years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction and real estate law, plus corporate, investment, and tax law.
- Independent, structured work style with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent German; English proficiency is a plus.
