About the Role
We are partner with a financial service firm to seeking a high‑calibre Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition (TA) to support our fast‑growing financial business. This role will initially focus heavily on TA, and we are looking for someone who is open and committed to dedicating a significant portion of their work to recruitment in the early stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and advising hiring managers.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and talent strategies across front, middle, and back‑office functions.
- Support HRBP duties such as employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational support.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the financial and fintech talent market.
- Maintain strong market awareness of industry talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring landscape.
- Build and leverage relationships across the financial industry to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Contribute to broader HR initiatives such as culture building, employer branding, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Strong Talent Acquisition experience is a must; candidates must be comfortable dedicating a significant portion of responsibilities to TA.
- Industry experience in Financial Services or FinTech is required - candidates from other industries will not be considered.
- Solid understanding of financial market dynamics, talent profiles, and hiring challenges within the industry.
- Existing professional network within the financial sector is highly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work with senior leadership and hiring managers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and high overall professional maturity.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
