HR and Accounting Manager
Selby Jennings is working with a highly regarded investment organization to identify an HR and Accounting Manager. The firm is known for its long-term stability, selective hiring philosophy, and collaborative culture, operating with a lean structure that gives team members broad exposure across the business.
This role is well-suited for accounting professionals who are interested in expanding beyond traditional finance responsibilities. The position blends core accounting support with operational oversight, including payroll coordination, onboarding workflows, benefits processes, and cross-functional initiatives. Because the team is small and high-performing, this hire will gain meaningful ownership early on and interact closely with senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting foundation, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. Individuals who are organized, proactive, highly communicative, and interested in a more dynamic, people-facing role will be especially successful in this environment.
