Senior Finance Analyst

Salary: $90-115k base + bonus
Client/Job Summary:
An international manufacturer is seeking an FP&A Analyst to work directly with the Senior Director of Finance to help with the financial oversight of sales, marketing, and the broader P&L. Core responsibilities include revenue data management and forecasting, brand and customer P&L ownership, and monthly close and forecast support across marketing, e-commerce, and LATAM.
You'll gain exposure to real operational decision‑making, work closely with experienced leadership, and build deep expertise in manufacturing finance and accounting, all in an environment that values accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position embedded within a fast-growing and playful CPG business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue data management - integrity & data forecasting.
- Support monthly and quarterly forecasting processes for net sales and trade spend.
- Primary owner of sales data flows and revenue forecasting.
- Brand, category, and customer P&L data management.
- Monthly close & forecast support.
- Be a resource for an FP&A module build and testing phase.
- Trade promotion analysis - highlight variances between trade promotion performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ad hoc financial analysis.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in a CPG environment.
- Prior exposure to trade promotion analysis, customer P&Ls, or TPM systems (SAP TPM, Vistex, etc.) preferred.
- Experience with Anaplan, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar enterprise planning systems strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFs, PivotTables); PowerPoint and BI tool experience (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill data into meaningful insights.
