Director of FP&A Requirements
- Lead company-wide financial planning & analysis (FP&A) processes, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic planning
- Partner with executive leadership to drive financial strategy, providing insights on growth initiatives, acquisitions, and operational performance
- Oversee monthly/quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis vs. budget and prior periods
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor clinic performance (volume, payer mix, revenue per visit, margins, etc.)
- Support M&A activity, including financial modeling, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration tracking
- Improve forecasting accuracy and financial models to reflect healthcare-specific drivers (patient volumes, reimbursement rates, labor costs)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, revenue cycle, and clinical leaders to optimize profitability and cost management
- Lead and develop the FP&A team, driving process improvements, automation, and scalable reporting infrastructure
Director of FP&A Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred)
- 8-12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or multi-site finance
- Prior experience in healthcare services, urgent care, or multi-site operations strongly preferred
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing FP&A teams
- Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills (Excel; experience with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Adaptive Insights a plus)
- Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic planning and decision-making
- Track record of driving process improvements, automation, and scalability in financial reporting and forecasting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Experience with M&A, integration, or private equity-backed environments is a plus
