Account Management
Ensure compliance with signed documentation and regulatory filings
Oversee billing and aged receivables
Review account reports and take appropriate action
Communicate with managers and producers on client and claim issues
Provide feedback and escalate concerns as needed
Delegate tasks to optimize team performance
Conduct account bench marking and budgeting
Serve as the primary client contact, building lasting relationships
New & Renewal Accounts
Lead pre-renewal and strategy discussions
Independently manage client renewal presentations and proposals
Prepare and present broker service proposals
Conduct WC Experience Mod Forecasting and Analysis
Deliver stewardship reports
Negotiate terms, conditions, and premiums
Ensure service calendar obligations are met
Mentorship & Development
Mentor and support team members
Teach internal classes on insurance topics and best practices
Pursue continuing education and industry designations
Stay informed on market trends and emerging risks
What You Bring to the Table
6+ years of relevant experience
Active Property & Casualty Insurance Agent's License
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
Expertise in client account management and renewals
Effective negotiation skills
Strong analytical abilities
