My client is seeking an experienced Claims Team Leader to oversee a group of casualty claims professionals. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in general liability and litigation claims, combined with proven leadership experience.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop a high-performing claims team handling complex and litigated files.
- Drive service excellence and foster a customer-first culture.
- Monitor team performance, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of claims handling experience (or 10+ without a degree).
- Prior people management experience.
- Expertise in general liability and litigation claims.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- CPCU designation preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
