Are you a strategic finance leader with a passion for innovation at the intersection of crypto, quantitative finance, and capital markets? We're are working with a digital assets and quant trading firm seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team and drive our next phase of growth.
Our client high-performance, AI driven investment firm leveraging blockchain infrastructure and quantitative strategies to generate alpha in digital asset markets. The firm has some of the best in the industry and are scaling rapidly.
The CFO, will be a key architect of the firm's financial strategy, responsible for:
- Capital Raising: Leading fundraising initiatives across venture, institutional, and strategic investor channels.
- SPAC Readiness: Structuring and executing SPAC transactions, including due diligence, regulatory compliance, and investor relations.
- Financial Leadership: Overseeing financial operations, reporting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Strategic Growth: Partnering with the CEO and executive team to shape long-term business strategy and expansion plans.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive in a crypto, fintech, hedge fund, or high-growth tech environment.
- Demonstrated success in capital raising (VC, PE, institutional) and SPAC transactions.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, algo trading, digital assets, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems.
- Strong command of financial modeling, regulatory frameworks, and investor communications.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
- Background in quantitative finance or algorithmic trading environments.
