Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM)

Presently our Private Wealth Management team is working with a leading Asset Management firm who is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM). The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients, supporting relationship managers in day-to-day activities, and helping to maintain and grow client relationships. This is a new Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) opportunity, as part of the expansion of their Singapore team, and we are looking for Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) professionals from Junior to Mid-level.

Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM)

  • Support Relationship Managers in managing client accounts and needs
  • Prepare client reports, investment proposals and monitor portfolios & prepare performance reviews
  • Coordinate on-boarding processes, including KYC/AML documentation and account setup
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams (investment, operations, compliance)
  • Organising client meetings, events, and follow-ups and ensure compliance with internal requirements

Key Requirements of the Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM)

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a client servicing or support role within asset management, private banking, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of investment products and markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM systems is a plus
