Overview
A globally recognised advisory firm is seeking an experienced Vice President to join its Restructuring Advisory practice in London. With offices across the US, APAC, and Europe, the firm provides strategic financial solutions to clients navigating complex and distressed situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver restructuring engagements, including turnaround planning, stakeholder negotiations, and performance improvement.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including liquidity assessments, business plan reviews, and scenario modelling.
- Support distressed M&A and refinancing transactions.
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and operational teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development.
Candidate Profile
- Several years of experience in restructuring advisory, ideally within a leading consultancy, investment bank, or accounting firm.
- Strong background in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and transaction services.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, CFA, or equivalent are preferred.
- Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
