Overview:

A leading alternative investment platform is seeking a Senior Associate or Vice President to join its Product Management team focused on private equity investment solutions. This individual will play a key role across the full product lifecycle, partnering closely with investment, investor relations, fundraising, and client service teams to support product development, capital raising initiatives, investor communications, and ongoing relationship management.

The position offers broad exposure to private markets products and provides the opportunity to work at the intersection of investments, marketing, fundraising, and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for private equity-focused investment products and represent strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the development, launch, and ongoing management of private markets investment vehicles throughout their lifecycle.
  • Assist with fundraising efforts, including investor outreach materials, due diligence support, and coordination of prospective investor requests.
  • Manage and respond to investor inquiries, DDQs, RFPs, data requests, and other fundraising-related projects.
  • Collaborate with investment, legal, compliance, operations, and client-facing teams to ensure consistent messaging and efficient execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Create, update, and maintain product presentations, fund marketing materials, competitive landscape analyses, and investor communications.
  • Support the preparation of fund documentation, offering materials, and ongoing portfolio updates.
  • Coordinate client meetings, industry conferences, annual meetings, and other investor engagement activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives designed to enhance the investor experience and drive operational efficiencies across the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 7-10 years of experience within private markets, asset management, investment banking, investor relations, product management, fundraising, or a related financial services function.
  • Strong understanding of private equity and alternative investment products.
  • Exceptional written communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor materials for institutional investors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting platforms, and investor databases is a plus.
