Treasury Product Developer
A leading global hedge fund is looking for a Treasury Product Developer to help own and execute critical treasury initiatives across cash and collateral management, equity and fixed income financing, liquidity, margin optimization, and counterparty risk, with direct exposure to how capital is deployed and risk is managed across a sophisticated investment platform. You'll partner directly with senior stakeholders and engineering to take ideas from concept to production, shaping how treasury operates at scale in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment. This is for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and the ability to influence how a top-tier platform manages capital and risk.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of treasury product initiatives from concept through rollout
- Define project scope, prioritize initiatives, and align with technology to meet strategic goals
- Act as the central point of coordination across Treasury, Technology, and Operations
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs across multiple IT workstreams
- Partner closely with developers under a strong product-development model
- Produce detailed business requirements, use cases, and testing frameworks
- Drive data governance, architecture alignment, and control frameworks
- Identify and mitigate operational risk through deep understanding of data flows and processes
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis or product delivery within financial services
- Strong treasury domain expertise across cash/collateral, financing (Equity & FI), liquidity, and margin optimization
- Deep understanding of trade lifecycle and financial products (Equities, FI, Futures, OTC, FX)
- Advanced ability to analyze large data sets and translate into actionable insights
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-performance environments with a high degree of ownership
