Are you a seasoned Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're working with a private equity-backed, nationally recognized healthcare advisory firm expanding their TAS team and seeking experienced Managers and Senior Managers to join their high-performing offices in Dallas, Nashville, New York, Philadelphia, and Chicago.

About the Opportunity

This is a rare chance to join a firm that is a true specialist in healthcare transactions, with approximately 70% of their deal flow in healthcare services and the remaining 30% in adjacent industries such as SaaS, manufacturing, and distribution. The team is known for its rigorous due diligence, strategic insights, and collaborative culture.

You'll be joining a group led by three dynamic Managing Directors located across key markets. The team operates in a hybrid model, with most professionals in-office Monday through Thursday, with many opting for five days due to the vibrant culture and excellent office locations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years in audit
    • 3-5 years in Transaction Advisory Services
    • Currently operating at Manager or Senior Manager level, open to more senior professionals as well
  • Background:
    • Big 4 experience preferred but not required
    • Strong deal acumen; able to raise and discuss deal points, not just process them
    • Experience leading majority of M&A transactions
    • Exposure to healthcare transactions is a plus, but not mandatory

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary:
    • Manager: $135K-$155K
    • Senior Manager / First-Year Director: $175K-$225k
    • Yearly Bonus

  3. Weekend Case Study Assignment
  4. On-site Office Visit + Case Debrief + Team Lunch
