Senior Production Underwriter, Management Liability
Our client is a leading E&S carrier who's looking to add a Management Liability Underwriter to their growing team. They specialize in complex risks and is focused on delivering creative, market-leading solutions across the wholesale space.
What You'll Be Doing
- Underwrite and price new and renewal Financial Lines business within delegated authority
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale brokers
- Actively market products and help drive new business production
- Collaborate with internal teams on underwriting strategy and portfolio management
- Support junior staff through mentorship and training initiatives
- Represent the firm at industry events and broker meetings
What They're Looking For
- Experience in Management Liability and/or Financial Lines underwriting (carrier, MGA, or brokerage)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Financial Lines products and the E&S market
- Proven ability to build broker relationships and drive business
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Analytical mindset with strong communication skills
