Senior Investment Funds Lawyer (m/w/d)

Your Profile:

We are looking for a German or Luxembourg qualified lawyer with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained in a top-tier international law firm or within the legal department of a financial services or investment management company.

You should bring a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape governing private equity and investment funds, as well as a pragmatic, business-oriented approach to legal advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on the structuring, formation, and ongoing management of investment funds and vehicles, including limited partnerships and bespoke investment structures
  • Providing legal guidance on regulatory matters, particularly relating to AIFMD, MiFID, and other relevant EU and Swiss regulations
  • Supporting the design and implementation of evergreen and market funds
  • Drafting and negotiating distribution arrangements and other fund-related agreements
  • Monitoring and interpreting changes in the regulatory environment and assessing their impact on the business
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including senior management, compliance, and investment teams, across multiple jurisdictions
