An international investment bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join its Risk Solutions Group (RSG) within Corporate Rates Sales at the Associate or Vice President level. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong client relationships and a proven track record in delivering risk management solutions to UK corporates.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and executing risk management strategies for corporate clients, focusing on interest rate, FX, and broader treasury risk solutions. Working closely with product specialists and coverage teams, the individual will provide tailored advice and innovative solutions to help clients manage financial risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with UK corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor on risk management strategies.
- Originate and structure hedging solutions across interest rates, FX, and related products.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including trading, structuring, and coverage teams, to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Monitor market developments and provide timely insights to clients on risk management opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive client engagement and strategic solution delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in corporate rates sales or risk solutions within an investment bank or similar financial institution.
- Established network and strong relationships with UK corporates.
- Deep understanding of interest rate and FX products, as well as corporate treasury risk management needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with commercial acumen.
