Private Equity VP
You will take a leading role in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments. You will work closely with senior leadership and portfolio management teams, gaining exposure across a diverse range of industries and deal types before building into your own specialism.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead day‑to‑day deal execution: financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, investment papers, and process management.
- Drive origination efforts and build relationships with advisors, founders, and management teams.
- Take ownership of portfolio company value creation initiatives, including growth strategy, operational improvements, and buy‑and‑build execution.
- Manage junior team members and contribute to team development.
- Support fundraising and investor communications when required.
We're interested in people who have:
- Ideally between 5-8 years' experience in Private Equity or M&A Investment Banking.
- Strong deal execution experience with a track record of closing transactions.
- Excellent financial modelling and commercial analysis skills.
- Confident communication style and the ability to present investment theses clearly.
- A proactive, low‑ego mindset and genuine passion for investing.
