Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Lead diligence and transaction execution processes.
- Build financial models, valuations, and investment analyses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with founders, executives, investors, advisors, and other market participants.
- Support portfolio companies on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Present investment recommendations to senior decision-makers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 4 years of buy-side investing experience.
- Experience evaluating and investing in growth-oriented technology businesses.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead investment processes and execute transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage existing relationships with founders, executives, investors, advisors, and other market participants.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and self-motivated with a high degree of ownership.
