Compensation: $140,000 base + benefits

A leading global hospitality and entertainment organization is seeking a Manager to join its Corporate Finance & Investor Relations function. This role sits at the center of capital markets activity, strategic finance, and balance sheet management across a diverse portfolio of operating assets and joint ventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Support corporate finance and treasury initiatives, including capital structure management at both corporate and asset levels
- Lead and execute debt financing and refinancing transactions, spanning investment-grade and high-yield markets
- Provide financing support for major, high-profile projects and expansions in marquee U.S. markets
- Manage ongoing relationships with investment banks, lenders, investors, and rating agencies
- Oversee and support joint ventures and minority ownership stakes, including digital and strategic investments
- Contribute to cash management, forecasting, and liquidity planning
- Assist with M&A and investment analysis for existing operating assets
- Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support long-term strategic objectives
Team & Exposure
- Collaborative, lean team environment (manager-level role with analyst support)
- High visibility to senior finance leadership
- Significant exposure to capital markets, structured finance, and complex asset-level financing
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2 years of investment banking experience plus 3-5 years total professional experience
- Strong background in Debt Capital Markets and debt financing, including investment-grade and high-yield instruments
- Experience covering international markets (Latin America and/or EMEA preferred)
- Exposure to real estate, construction, or project finance highly desirable
- Prior interaction with investor relations and credit rating agencies
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus)
