A leading technology‑driven investment firm is seeking a Lead NLP / Machine Learning Engineer to build event‑driven trading signals from real‑time text sources such as news, earnings releases, and headlines. You'll own the full lifecycle from research to deployment for low‑latency strategies.
About the Role
This is the first hire of this kind for the business. You will design, build, and deploy models for trading strategies, working closely with senior stakeholders, you will be instrumental in shaping next‑generation AI‑powered trading capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Lead research and development of NLP/ML models for real‑time signal generation
- Work with large‑scale streaming text datasets from financial sources
- Deploy models into a production trading environment
