Junior Crypto Quantitative Trader

A leading proprietary trading firm specialising in high‑frequency, ultra‑low‑latency trading across centralised crypto markets is seeking a Junior Quantitative Trader. As the firm continues to scale its presence across major CEXs, they are looking for a trader to help deploy, monitor, and optimise algorithmic trading strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Deploy and optimise HFT and low‑latency crypto trading strategies.
  • Analyse crypto market microstructure, funding dynamics, liquidity patterns, and cross‑venue inefficiencies.
  • Develop and refine execution logic to minimise slippage and latency across global centralised exchanges.
  • Monitor live trading performance, PnL behaviour, system health, and risk exposure across fragmented crypto markets.

Profile Requirements

  • Advanced academic background in Maths, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline (MSc/PhD preferred).
  • Strong programming skills in Python and ideally C++ or Rust.
  • 1-4 years' experience in quantitative trading on centralised crypto exchanges.
  • Strong understanding of crypto markets, order‑book dynamics, and market microstructure.
