- ✅ Native-level Dutch speaker (mandatory)

The Role
We are hiring an IT Team Lead to lead a team delivering critical systems that support real-time energy trading operations.
This is a leadership role where your ability to manage people, align stakeholders, and deliver reliable systems is more important than any specific tech stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of engineers / IT specialists
- Own delivery of systems supporting trading and operational functions
- Act as the primary interface between IT and business stakeholders
- Drive improvements in performance, scalability, and reliability
- Manage priorities in a fast-paced trading environment
- Contribute to technical and architectural decisions
Your Profile
- Proven leadership experience (Team Lead, Manager, or similar) OR strong readiness to step into leadership
- Background in IT, software engineering, or technical systems
- Mandatory: Experience within an energy company (e.g. utilities, grid operators, energy trading firms)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
- Native Dutch speaker (essential)
